Refunds and exchanges

If you have purchased our peace of mind refund and exchange cover and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply call or email us and we'll arrange to have your purchase collected from your door anywhere in the world at no extra cost to yourself. Plus, you can return items to us for up to 90 days from the purchase date. All we ask is that the product is returned to us unworn and with all original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be issued by the same means of payment. Please note that the cost of this cover is non-refundable.

If you have not purchased our peace of mind refund and exchange cover and you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (excluding postage costs) provided:

• The item is returned unworn and it is in its original condition (including the packaging) within 15 days of receipt.
• You pay the cost of delivery for the return of the item to Spain. It is recommended that you use a certified and insured method of postage as we can not be held responsible for loss or damage of the item(s) in transit.

If your product is defective or damaged, please report this as soon as possible after receipt, but no later than 30 days. In this situation, you may choose to return the item and receive a full refund (including postage costs if applicable) or return the item and have a replacement product dispatched at no extra cost.

When a refund has been requested, this will be processed promptly but no later than 30 days from the date your returned product is received back. Refund payments will be made by the same method as the original purchase.

Delivery information

We will process your order as quickly as possible, but the following information can be used as a guide:

The Biel Mercadal and Agatha Ruiz de la Prada collections will take an extra 2 days* as they are hand painted.

Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.

Pricing and availability

As your order is processed, you will be informed by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

For your convenience, prices on this website are shown in US dollars and British pounds. These prices are indicative. All orders are billed in Euros. Exchange rates provided by coinmill.com. The exchange rate used will be that provided by your bank and may vary from the prices shown on this page.

Customs

If the purchaser resides outside of the EU (including the Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla), your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination Customs office. If such charges are levied, they must be settled by the purchaser.

We use the European sizing standard. See the tables below for conversion into centimetres, UK and US sizes.
