Refunds and exchanges

• We will accept refunds or exchanges within 15 days of the date you receive your goods. You should send goods to be returned by registered post.
• You must pay the postage costs for returning the items to our factory in Menorca.

Method of payment

• Cash on delivery - only available for deliveries to mainland Spain and Balearic Islands. Supplement of 3€ to pay on delivery.
• Credit card via the secure Paypal website - no supplement.
• Bank transfer - 5% discount.
